  It's Lawton...i don't know what else needs to be said. Like most shopping strips there, the storefronts have rotated pretty heavily over the years, because there really isn't any economic opportunity or a secure economic base here, outside of what is provided by military personnel which are predominantly low-rabked enlisted men and/or only here for training. It makes it hard for to attract or sustain a lot of businesses that aren't just massive corporate chains. The insanely high crime rates (violent, against property, and against women) per capita don't help. That said, the insurance agent in this particular strip is excellent. If you're stuck in Lawton and need insurance, go to them.
